Winemaker's Notes

This wine is drinking extremely now right now. 2007 is a vintage with all the hype, so we have to sell the 2006 vintage to make room for 2007. Take advantage, and enjoy this beauty. Have a glass and listen to Peter Bjorn and John's song "Young Folks".

"Dark purple. Explosively perfumed bouquet of raspberry, blackberry, lavender, rose and cocoa powder; smells like a great Burgundy. -International Wine Cellar 91-94

Cranberries, cherries and a touch of cocoa offer elegant and supple perfumes; the mouth is expressive, with bold, sweet flavors of blackberries, more chocolate and touches of licorice.
