Winemaker's Notes

Black pepper and roasted grain aromas are followed with molasses and an element of dusty rose. Hints of smoke and cassis and blackberry jam are also evident in the nose. Juicy, sweet, red currant with nice yet smooth black cherry and plum flavors. The solid palette is reinforced with firm tannins yet remain balanced and silky on the finish, illustrating black fruits and spice.
