Winemaker's Notes:

 Full-bodied and deep plum in color, the 2008 Merlot offers aromas of complex black fruit, spice, dark chocolate and a hint of toast. The mouth-feel is warm and rich, with a solid middle and a silky, lingering finish, enabling the wine to pair exceptionally well with roasted meats and poultry, braised beef or pork.
