Winemaker's Notes:

 A ruby red Pinot with great color and aromas, this wine is full of intense strawberry, cherry, lavender, earthy woodsy notes and just a hint of dried roses. In taste, the strawberry and cherry remain, balanced by a rich, silky texture and spicy oak.

Food Pairings: This plush Pinot Noir calls for slow-roasted pork shoulder, ribs or any dish made with bacon.
