"($100) Ruby-red. Powerfully scented nose features blueberry, cassis and cherry liqueur laced with espresso, licorice and smoked meat. Firm in structure but explosive in ripe dark fruit flavor, with complicating notes of bacon fat, black cardamom, iron and cigar box. Finishes with building richness and great length. This is another Peter Sisseck project."
