Winemaker Notes

The deep plum and cherry notes are accented with aromas and flavors of vanilla and coffee. This Syrah is concentrated in flavor but the tannins are moderate which creates a very smooth mouth-feel. This wine has been a consistent award winner and pallet pleaser and the 2003 vintage is well in keeping with this tradition.
