Winemaker's Notes

The Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of Bing cherry, with dark spice notes of cinnamon, allspice, and fresh, sweet fennel. The soft dried cherry fruit on the palate has hints of vanilla and licorice on the finish, followed by a touch of black pepper. The wine is ready to drink, with smooth tannins, and chalky cherry and earthy complexities behind the soft oak.

It's an excellent companion to ribs, grilled meats and pasta.
