Deep red in color, the Cinnabar Central Coast Merlot shows classic Central Coast Appellation qualities; bright aromas of red cherry, cassis, sweet spice and black olives. The wine offers luscious berry, red cherry, cedar and tobacco flavors, balanced with fine tannins that are supple in the mouth, leading the wine to a smooth finish.
