Winemaker's Notes

"An outstanding bargain, the 2005 Grenache/Shiraz Trumps possesses a deep ruby/purple color, copious fruit, superb purity, and a touch of background wood. It is a full-bodied, powerful, amazingly flavorful wine for the price. Enjoy it over the next 2-3 years."

At 15.5%, it is one of the best and balanced bold red I have ever had. Great aroma and smooth finish with the perfect bite and dryness that works with any meat. Was excited to buy more, but now I see that it is out of stock. Bummer - because this is a must buy.
