Winemaker's Notes:
The nose has a fantastic range of blueberries, damson plums and cherries. Also there are intriguing smells of fresh tea, lavender and Turkish delight. The aromas give way to a palate chock full of intense, fresh and uplifting powerful pure blueberries and strong red fruits. The tannins are significant but not overwhelming as it gives the feeling of dark, bitter chocolate supported by blueberry coulis. |
