Christian Moreau owns 4 hectares in the Vaillon Cru. The vineyards are situated close to Chablis, on the left bank of the Serein River, and benefit from an excellent southwest exposure.
Nose is ripe, somewhat muted yellow peach, apricot with a hint of smokiness. In the mouth it is ripe, with good substance and a rich, buttery tone; very soft, will develop quickly.
Food Match: scallops, salmon, fish, crab.
