Winemaker David O'Leary has sourced Cabernet Sauvignon from some of Australia's finest regions for this wine; Central Victoria, the Limestone Coast and Yarra Valley. The Merlot is from the Murphy vineyard at Trentham cliffs in New South Wales. The bouquet is full of blackberries complexed by French oak. The Merlot shows up on the mid-palate offering a juicy, supple flavor and delightful texture. This wine is delicious to drink now, or can be put away for 2 to 3 years to be futher rewarded.
