Winemaker's Notes

Appearance:Bright, dense, and deep shimmering color.

Nose:Powerful, toasty and spicy, with hints of freshly roasted coffee. Earthy aromas. Waves of complex aromas come through.

Palate:Strong and intense on the attack with persistent aromas of black fruit. Excellent concentration due to predominance of Cabernet Sauvignon. A very fleshy wine with a long, lingering finish. Without a doubt a wine for lying down..

The estate covers 74 continuous acres, with 59 acres planted mainly with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, along with small amounts of Petit Verdot and Côt (Malbec).
