The Reserve Cabernet represents what I consider to be the best Cabernet fruit of the vintage. This wine exhibits aromas of anise, cassis and mocha. This is a concentrated, silky Cabernet with blackberry, blueberry and pepper spice flavors with a supple, full finish.
