Chateau Doms is an attractive property first planted with vine in the early 18th century. It is situated near the Garonne River at Portets, on the alluvial soil of large stones and sand. The cellar is supported by enormous wooden beams dating back from 1660, but the equipment is thoroughly modern. Chateau Doms owes its character to an agreeable blend balancing Semillon and Sauvignon. The wine is fresh, clean and attractive -and a terrific value!
