Chateau Bonnet Entre-Deux-Mers Blanc 2008
Bordeaux White Blends
from Bordeaux, France
winemaker's notes:
Color: Brilliant pale yellow color with both green and silver highlights.
Nose: A fresh, delicate, elegant nose that is very Sauvignon Blanc. After a light aeration, we find notes of lemon, lemon tarts, white flowers (peach tree, orange tree, white rose) with a touch of flint stone.
Palate: The attack is fresh and it evolves on the palate with richness and a good balance. Very fruity, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon, and white fruit with a long finish. Enjoy now until 2013 with fish skewers, salads, and chocolate desserts.
Sauvignon Blanc 50%; Sémillon 40%; Muscadelle 10%
