Winemaker's Notes:

 Pale yellow in color, shining. Aromas of white flowers and waxy honey are fine and pleasant. Balance between the richness, the flavors and promptness makes for a harmonious palate.

Pair with shellfish and dry goat's milk cheese.

About Chateau St. Martin de la Garrigue:

 The bells of St. Martin chapel were heard for the first time in the year 987. Built on a still more ancient site, a witness to pagan holidays, it was probably modified in the following century to retain a primitive Romanesque style. Decorated with Italian frescos of the late 19th century, it contains today the memory of prayers which have long since faded.
