Alcohol By Volume Guide

  • 10%
  • 16+%
Most wine ranges from 10-16% alcohol by volume. Some varietals tend to have higher (for example Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon) or lower alcohol levels (Pinot Noir and many white varietals), but there is always some variation from producer to producer. Some wine falls outside of this range, for instance Port weighs in closer to 20%, while Muscat and Riesling are usually a bit below 10%.

Winemaker's Notes

Intense white flowers and mineral tones on the nose. This white will equally enchant you with clean crisp citrus flavors and subtle notes of vanilla and lime on the finish. Tropical fruit flavors are balanced by a lovely steely acidity. A refreshing palate, ideal with fish, poultry, mixed salads or an array of white meats. 50% Roussanne, 25% Vermentino, 25% Bourboulenc.
