Winemaker Notes
This wine has been made using traditional fermentation with indigenous yeast. The must is left for 10 hours on the skins, pressed and fermented at low temperature between 14º and 16º Centigrade.
It is a blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Carignan.
Dark pink in color.
Nose: Ripe fruity aroma with some strawberry and floral notes and mineral on the finish.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh with good acidity, the wine is concentrated with balance and enduring length.

The medium pink-colored 2008 Les Sorts Rosat is composed of 90% Garnatxa and 10% Carinena. It has a lovely perfume of cherry and strawberry, dry, medium-bodied flavors, and a lengthy, fruit-filled finish.
