What a great wine! Opened it on Thanksgiving. It opened beautifully with a magnificent bouquet of currant and oak. Soft tannins with tobacco and jam flavors. Absolutely majestic and can cellar for longer. Was the best wine of the night (we opened a Far Niente as well).
This was the best yet of all the Cabs we have had for our Christmas dinners. Traditionally, we have Silver Oak...this is not second best by any means. Soo buttery!! We are Caymus fans!
