The grapes for the 1998 "Les Closiers" are entirely hand-harvested; the wine is vinified in the traditional manner, with 12 to 24 months of wood aging in our cellars. The cuvée is selected from 13 classic varieties, including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Counoise. Well suited to bottle aging "Les Closiers" develops special depth and intensity beginning in its second year.
