Winemaker's Notes:
Deep ruby color. Intense and complex, typical of the grape variety with notes of cherries, floral and vanilla hints soft and round with well integrated tannins, pleasantly alcoholic. Good texture and excellent balance. The finish is persistent and mouth filling. It will pair beautifully with roasted meat, stews, game dishes, pasta with hearty meat sauces and aged cheeses. |
