Winemaker's Notes:
Carmel Road Pinot Noir is harvested with great care to minimize the handling of the fruit." Gently destem each cluster then cold soak the grapes for several days to help develop red fruit flavors and minize the tannins."

This is a fruit forward vintage with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, mulberry and a hint of rose petal." Silky tannins add structure without overwhelming the fruit flavors of strawberry jam and ripe red cherries.
