Composition: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Mazuelo
Tasting notes: Soft and fruit-forward, not oak-driven
Food tips: A balanced wine well suited to pork, lamb chops, grilled steak, venison or dry cheeses
definitely will buy this wine again and again. SO GREAT for the price!!!
I had this wine in the oldest established restaurant in the new world in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. It was a warm night with cool winds in January 2008 and this wine went well with my fish meal. It didn't overpower it all.
