Borgo dei Vassalli Sauvignon Isonzo del Friuli 2000

Vinified "in bianco" (with the grape skins quickly removed), it has a yellow straw color with greenish reflections. Its delicate aroma recalls yellow peppers, melon, banana, and peach. Dry taste which stimulates but is at the same time elegant, caressing and velvety. Especially adapted to salted appetizers such as those with "prosciutto" ham, as well as seafood.
