Vinified "in bianco" (skins quickly removed). Extremely fine and elegant. Fruity when young, if left to mature in the bottle it will reveal the aroma of dry hay, walnut husk, and toasted almonds.
Not only an aperitif, it is also well adapted to delicate appetizers, first courses, as well as egg and fish dishes.
