A single vineyard, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 6 months in barriques. Pleasant to the palate and full bodied. Pleasant blend of spicy aromas with tobacco, cherry, and blackberry overtones.
Good with pasta with meat sauces, heavy cold cuts and salami, grilled meat or fowl. A preferred accompaniment to the regional "formaggio di montagna stagionata 3-4 mesi", mountain cheese aged 3 to 4 months.
