Bodegas Naia works with old Verdejo vines planted, according to the traditional gobelet system of training, three decades ago in the district of La Seca, one of the most highly renowned areas of the region.
"(includes a tiny amount of sauvignon blanc): Light yellow. Pungent, mineral-accented aromas of orange and lime pith, fennel and botanical herbs, with a chalky overtone. Sappy citrus and melon flavors pick up a floral quality with air, along with notes of dusty minerals and white pepper. Finishes with very good clarity and lingering spiciness. This would work great with a spicy seafood dish.
