Winemaker's Notes:
In appearance the wine has a lively, very intense cherry color. There are iodine-purple hues in the fine top layer.
This grape can be identified in the characteristic balsamic aromas of mint or aniseed, accompanied by ripe fruit and hints of flower blossom. The aroma wheel is completed with toffee and coffee nuances coming through.
On the palate it is outstanding in its richness, well-supported by the clear acidity which with time becomes well-integrated.
This wine is long in its sensations and in its evolution over the next three or four years. |
