Bernard Baudry Winery
Situated in the village of Cravant-les-Coteaux and in the town of Chinon. The vineyard is home to varying types of soil for each different cuvée. The single grape variety is Cabernet Franc. The soil is worked without using herbicides. The vines are farmed using techniques that are environmentally friendly. Vineyard practices include manual debudding and hand harvesting. Wines mature in concrete and wooden vats and oak barrels.
