The red is 80% Mencía, 10% Bastardo, and 10% Arauxa (Tempranillo). The wine is fermented and raised in tank, aging for 4 months before bottling. Only 500 cases are produced annually. This is an unoaked version of Mencia and is very elegant and fresh. Drink within the next 3-5 years.
