100% Pinot Noir. Hand-picked and sorted fruit. It has a silky, seductive palate of cherry-raspberry fruit, with hints of plum. Lingering finish of toasty oak. It has been aged for 10 months in French oak barriques and bottled unrefined and unfiltered.
