Winemaker's Notes

This wine is a very deep garnet-red color. The bouquet is rich and subtle, with a wide range of red fruit aromas and spicy overtones typical of the grape variety. This Cabernet Sauvignon starts out with lots of volume on the palate, and then goes on to reveal powerful flavor of tannin. There is a freat deal of concentration, and good balance, followed by an excellent, long, elegant aftertaste. This wine is full of character and easy to drink.
