It is a young wine, produced from grapes of a noble vine. Dry and perfumed, slightly green it is pleasant with hors doeuvres, white meats and fish: excellent also during the entire meal. AREA OF PRODUCTION: The Veneto Region of Italy. GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay. VINIFICATION: Soft pressing and controlled cold temperature fermentation. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5% by volume. COLOR: Straw yellow. BOUQUET: Fine, characteristic, elegant, noble. TASTE: Dry and fresh, inviting and very fine. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve very chilled, and for immediate consumption. Should be consumed within the first year of harvest. ACCOMPANIMENT: As an antipasto drink.
