A full-bodied red wine produced from 20-year old vines. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 24 months in imported barrels, fined with traditional egg whites, bottled and aged 1 more year prior to release. Complex, rich with classic characteristics of this variety of grape. Plum, blackberry, spiced vanilla, smoked cherry and a hint of chocolate. Supple texture, good aging potential. Serve at 68° F.
