Medium to deep brick red in colour, the Banrock Station Cabernet Sauvignon displays dominant fruit aromas of plum, cherry, strawberry and cinnamon, with subtle hints of vanillin oak. A soft, smooth and long palate shows a good intensity of plum and black cherry fruit flavours. Spicy cinnamon and toasty oak flavours add complexity to this full flavoured wine. The Banrock Station Cabernet Sauvignon is best consumed with 12 months.
To be enjoyed with barbecues, steak and other meat dishes.
