"Belnero is a new product from Castello Banfi that offers a pretty aromatic ensemble of blackberry, plums, prunes, wet earth, tobacco and spice. There's a mature element to the fruit but it’s nicely integrated with the wine's fruity freshness and acidity. This pretty Sangiovese-based wine shows many of the lovely characteristics of Brunello di Montalcino."
