Our 1999 Chardonnay comes loaded with fruit, crisp acidity, balanced finish and just a hint of oak. The nose is a pronounced aroma of rose petals, orange peel, clove and vanilla. The mouth feel is rich and rounded from six months of aging in French Oak. The finish is full bodied with flavors of pear and honey. This wine would go fine with most rich seafood dishes like salmon or pasta with cream sauces. Enjoy!
