B.R. Cohn Joseph Herman Vineyard Carneros Chardonnay 2001

The 2001 B.R. Cohn Carneros Chardonnay is harvested from the Joseph Herman vineyard in the famed Sonoma Carneros district which produces flavors of citrus and tropical fruit together with a rich finish. The barrel fermentation was 100% in French oak barrels, which offers toasty oak and spice characteristics with a hint of vanilla. This wine is produced from all Carneros fruit and is well-balanced. Crisp acidity softened with partial malolactic fermentation promotes a full taste and an enjoyable wine. Our 2000 Carneros can be paired with your favorite fish or chicken dish, or on its own.
