We offer two ways to locate information:
We have added the following products to your shopping cart from a previous visit:
Red wines that are more fruit-forward and lighter in tannin and body.

Wines where earthy and/or spicy dominate the flavors – typically medium to full body.
Full bodied wines that have concentrated fruit and are higher in alcohol and/or tannins. Some need age.
The 2007 InSpire is classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, big and bold, yet balanced and refined. Ultra-ripe blueberry, blackberry and cassis are evident in the nose along with aromas of vanilla and dark chocolate. InSpire is dense and rich on the palate with excellent structure and an amazingly long, layered finish.
InSpire pairs perfectly with well-marbled steaks, full-bodied cheeses, lamb and pork dishes as well as moderately spiced cuisines.
"Fruit and oak combine in this young, sensuous wine to make for immediate drinkability, but it's ageable. Floods the mouth with ripe, forward flavors of blackberry pie with the smoky-sweet crust, and there are notes of cola, black currant liqueur and Indian spices. This is a very fine, elegant Cabernet, with superfine tannins. It should age well throughout the decade."
"Firm and tightly structured, with a focused band of cedar and anise-laced currant, blackberry, wild berry, sage and herb, gaining depth while remaining elegant and refined. Complex and concentrated, with the flavors lingering on. Drink now through 2018."
"Mia Klein blended this wine from a range of vineyard sources, producing a supple 2007. It balances fresh cherry and cherry compote flavors, deep fruit filling out the tannins. Oak age has brought out a pencil lead character in those tannins, finely tailored and firm. This should develop well over the coming years, to drink with roast squab."

After the meeting, we broke away to visit some wineries and talked tirelessly about the wines that blew our minds, those we hated and the ones we would make someday if we got the chance. We also talked about...Read More About BOYANCI
It's hard not to think of Napa Valley when thinking of California wines. The region is, after all, the one that brought world recognition to California wine making. The area was settled by a few choice wine families in the 1960's who bet that the wines of the area would grow and flourish. They were right. The Napa wine industry really took off in the 1980's, when vineyard...Read More About Napa Valley
(cab-uhr-NAY sow-veeh-yawn) King of Red Many refer to Cabernet Sauvignon as the king of red grapes. Perhaps that title is due to its ability to grow worldwide in a number of climates, or to the fact that it produces wine with such character yet such diversity. Either way, this grape is responsible, as a whole or a partner, for some of the greatest wines in the world. In Bordeaux,...Read More About Cabernet Sauvignon
