Cabernet Sauvignon is clearly present in the structure and complexity of this dense, full-bodied wine. Moderate oak doesn't detract from, but rather complements, the intense fruit flavors. This Cabernet-Shiraz is enjoyable now but will continue to develop in the bottle for several years.
