Since it's establishment in 1993, Aquila has become highly renowned for it's range of premium West Australian Wines.
From a crush of 37 tonnes and an award winning Cabernet Sauvignon in their first year, Aquila have expanded their operations to an annual crush of 350 tonnes. Grapes are grown in vineyards located in the prime grape growing areas of Margaret River and Blackwood Valley in the South West corner of Western Australia. The winery utilises traditional winemaking methods, the latest in winemaking equipment and viticultural technology. they also conduct ongoing research, working with biochemists ever striving to achieve the best results for wine lovers around the world.
