This wine is a reflection of my commitment to making the best wine possible, while keeping an eye on affordability. The aged character and smoothness of the 1999 vintage is complemented by the incredible fruitiness of 2000. The wine is smooth, medium bodied and flavorful. It is excellent for drinking now, but it could be aged longer. This wine is excellent with wild mushrooms as well as red meat, and barbecued salmon. Our Oregon Pinot noir is a combination of fruit from our lighter, early maturing lots of wine.
