The Armani family has been handcrafting wines in the Alto Adige region of Italy for over 400 years. Out of deep respect for the winemaking process, their focus includes saving native Italian varietals from extinction and by so doing, preserving the culture the century old vineyards and varietals represent. Armani combines cutting edge technology with ancient winemaking techniques like the passito method of drying grapes prior to fermentation.
