Castles, churches, bell towers and luxurious aristocratic villas emerging from the sea
of vineyards demonstrate the rich history and traditions of the Soave production zone,
(in the eastern part of the hills in the province of Verona) closely linked to its principal
Straw yellow in color, on the nose it is fresh and fragrant with
scents of hibiscus, rose and honeyed apricot. In the mouth it is
dry and long lasting with red apple flavor.
An excellent aperitif and goes very well with raw fish, oysters and shellfish, and baked or grilled fish. It can also stand up to pasta with vegetables and meat sauce.
