Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine is then matured on fine lees for six months and clarified with a fining agent.
Aging: 4-8 years
Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in color with greenish tints. Aromas of ripe fruit and a mineral touch. The wine is well-balanced and fleshy, with a harmonious acidity.
