Winemaker's Notes:

This delicate, well-integrated Albarino features very nice fruit notes recalling peaches, along with subtle mineral notes and soft acidity. Medium-bodied and highly versatile, this will pair beautifully with a wide range of seafood dishes.

"Pale gold. Strikingly fresh aromas of lime, honeysuckle, wet stone and sea salt. Zesty citrus and green apple flavors are given depth by floral honey and anise, with slow-building spiciness emerging. Finishes with good cling and a persistent echo of anise."

About Adegas Gran Vinum:

Adegas Gran Vinum is a small, family-owned winery. It opened in its current form only in 2002, and uses only the most modern growing and production techniques. However, it was founded on land owned and lovingly cultivated by the owner’s grandparents so that the winery is able to work with old traditions to balance out the modern methods. The winery is located in Galicia, in northwest Spain, right on the border with Portugal and on the Atlantic Ocean.
