Somm Note
Winemaker Notes
They are characterised by very distinctive aromas : almond, fern, exotic fruit, amber and white flowers. Acidity in the mouth is rather subtle. They can be kept between 8 and 12 years.
These great wines are destined to honor Haute Cuisine as wonderful shellfish cooked in bouillon, creamed and poached fish, poultry liver pâtés. Also with the tastes of very strong-smelling cheeses : Munster and mature Comté.

Wine Spectator
Of the village wines, the Puligny-Montrachet, fined and filtered without the addition of sulfur dioxide, is elegant, firm and linear, offering peach and apricot notes and ending in a long, hazelnut suffused finish.
