Description: Intense red color. Complex blend of aromas reminiscent of mint, ripe plums and a hint of chocolate.
Xplorador Malbec was harvested by hand during the month of March. The wine is aged for 6 months in French oak and 6 months in stainless steel. The wine has a velvety texture and good body with a persistent finish. Xplorador Malbec is an excellent accompaniment to full flavored foods including duck, lamb and beef.
