2 up Shiraz is handcrafted from a blend of grapes specifically selected by Kevin from highly prized local vineyards. The skilled craftsmanship in both the vineyard and winery results in a medium bodied wine that shows bright aromas and flavors of blackberries, spicy stewed plums and dark cherries with a subtle hint of chocolate, beautifully integrated oak and a long lingering finish.
Food Pairings:
Italian dishes, ribs, BBQ and grilled meats such as aged beef and lamb.

2 Up shiraz is without a doubt the best shiraz I have ever tasted for under $20. We enjoyed this wine in Augusta during Masters Week and had no problem switching from Silver Oak Alexander Valley to 2 Up. Great, great stuff.
